Overview:

We are seeking a motivated sales associate with a customer-first mindset to join our team. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our clients.

Duties:

- Greet clients and assist them in finding sizes and styles

- Provide product knowledge and start fitting rooms

-Perform register transactions and cash handling

- Sign clients up for rewards and open credit card accounts

- Utilize technology to order and ship merchandise

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Skills:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of technology products or electronics is a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills to provide an excellent client experience

- Ability to work well within a team environment
