Welcome to Ankle & Foot Surgery, LLC! We are a podiatry practice inquiring to hire one individual as a full time Medical Assistant to join our team.
We are a private practice located at Ascension Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village. The following are the day to day responsibilities as a Medical Assistant :
- Arriving 30min prior to clinic start time to prep and stock the exam rooms
- Rooming the patients upon arrival and cleaning and sanitizing the rooms for the next patient
- Maintaining the back area clean for patients and doctors
- Updating medical history / medications and entering it into the patient's file along with new patient information
- Casting the patients for custom made orthotics / braces
- Taking x-rays
- Setting up procedure trays for the doctor for office procedure
- Checking on medical supplies and ordering
