Full time, 37 hours per week Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role provides you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office.

Your base location will be Enterprise House in Lincoln. There is an expectation from you to work from the office 2-3 days per week.

We are recruiting for a Customer Care Team Manager to join our Wholesale Services Operational Delivery team, on a permanent basis! Youll manage the delivery of a business-critical service, driving enhanced efficiency and maximising customer experience.

This role is pivotal in enabling the business to meet our performance targets relating to customer experience. Youll manage the Customer Care Team who are responsible for case managing customers, where their journey needs specific attention outside of standard processes.

Youll coach, develop, and train the team, sharing operational knowledge, best practice and ensu ring your team are challenging process and cultural shortcomings that compromise the effective delivery of customer service.

Working closely with the Continuous Improvement team, youll develop and deliver strategies to improve customer experience, whilst analysing and developing processes that relate to the improvement of c ustomer satisfaction.
