Help Desk Specialist

AngelTrax is a privately-owned leading designer, manufacturer and provider of high-definition mobile video surveillance solutions for multiple transportation industries across the United States and abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Work with professional individuals on products specific to the transportation industry for school buses, mass transit trains and buses, law enforcement vehicles, and locomotives
• Troubleshoot customer issues with products and software
• Assist with customer returns
• Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose the problem in a timely manner
• Communicate with other internal departments to handle the customer's technical needs
• Be self-motivated, punctual, professional and dependable

Job Type:

Full-time (pay based upon experience), 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Experience preferred:

Help Desk Support with IT experience
