Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for an IT Support Technician II in Charlotte, NC.

 The Position:

We are looking for a full-time IT Support Technician II. Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Setup, configure, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair computers and printers.
  • Install and upgrade standard software applications.
  • Provide Helpdesk support.
  • Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolves software related issues.
  • Help with computer, printer, mobile phone, etc. setup and configuration
  • Must be able to ravel via car and airplane
  • Must be able to install network equipment
  • Server experience preferred
