CREW MEMBER - RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Restaurant cooking experience
  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling techniques
  • Proven leadership experience and time management skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills

As a working leader, you spend about 30 hours per week at a workstation and 10 - 15 hours on managerial duties.

In the hospitality industry, flexibility is key. While we may not always need every team member to work every weekend or both weekend days, having an open availability on weekends greatly enhances our ability to ensure excellent service and maintain operational efficiency. Joining our team with this flexibility not only demonstrates your commitment to the role but also enables us to create a more adaptable and effective workforce.


YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR CREW MEMBER - RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

In this hospitality position, you play a critical role in our day-to-day success and long-term growth! You're a role model, displaying the appropriate practices and ensuring we meet all quality and food safety standards. You supervise the front of house and the kitchen crew, coaching staff and jumping in to help wherever you're needed.

You take responsibility for every meal and every guest experience, so you strive to make sure everything is perfect. To keep our hospitality team strong, you hire new members, provide hands-on training, and conduct regular performance reviews to help every individual grow. In the kitchen, you monitor food quality, keep our inventory well-stocked, and help with daily prep as needed. You add new menu items, take care of necessary repairs and maintenance, and actively develop new marketing and promotional activities.
