QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous supervisory / leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Pizzeria cooking experience
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling techniques
- Proven leadership experience and time management skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As our Restaurant Shift Leader, you're the captain who navigates meal services and steers us to victory! You're a working manager, so you split your time between supervisory and hands-on duties.
As the backbone of our hospitality team, you coach staff members, train new hires, and oversee quality to ensure every meal is perfect.
You're a role model, and your team looks to you for support.
You also support our kitchen operations by managing inventory, ordering supplies, and coming up with new menu ideas. When necessary, you jump back there to assist with preparing, cooking, or plating food.
Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence makes a huge impact on our restaurant!
In the hospitality industry, flexibility is key. While we may not always need every team member to work every weekend or both weekend days, having an open availability on weekends greatly enhances our ability to ensure excellent service and maintain operational efficiency.
