Qualifications Of Human Resources Office Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct contract employee orientations and pertaining paperwork for personnel files.
Review personnel files for completeness and follow up on any incomplete paperwork.
Ensure that new employee data is entered and transferred to the invoicing database.
Perform background investigations, drug screening, e-verify and social security checks on contract employees, as necessary.
Act as a liaison with the accounting department for new hire paperwork and employee inquiries concerning timecard and paycheck issues.
Responsible for administration of eTime system for contract employees.
Assist with the recruiting, retention, and onboarding of new employees.
Engage local community through various community outreach events.
Plan internal company events to foster employee engagement.
Assist with benefits administration pertaining to healthcare coverage, 401k match policies, FMLA compliance, and more.
Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing.
Assist with general office management duties such as meeting organization, greeting guests, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
