Private Trade School in Brooklyn seeking a part time Spanish speaking front desk agent for a training school in the heart of Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. We are seeking someone who is a people person, organized, excellent customer service skills and who is available to work on evenings and weekends.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about the schools services and schedules

-Register interested individuals for courses

-Maintain accurate and organized filing system
- Handle client complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft suite for data entry, calendar management, and order entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with file management systems and phone systems
