Assists Nursing Supervisor in responsibility for total resident care for the assigned wing or wings of residents following established facility policies and procedures, federal and state regulations, and nursing standards of practice. Performs any or all professional nursing duties as determined by qualifications and training. Performs non-professional nursing duties as necessary. Maintains quality resident care in compliance with established policies and procedures, Resident Bill of Rights and resident care policies. Sets an example for professionals/non-professionals in areas of general hygiene, resident approach, and activities |
