Anew Healthcare is Hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner Near Columbia, MO

Wound Care Plus, LLC is looking for Nurse Practitioners to join our specialty practice group. Candidates must be a licensed NP in the State of Missouri. Additional licensing in Missouri is preferred. Providers are employed to provide advanced wound care specialty services to long-term care/skilled nursing facilities. Wound Care Plus offers a unique practice niche that helps differentiate our specialty providers from others in the community. This is an excellent opportunity for all providers, with or without direct wound care experience, to join an expanding practice group and to develop a career for themselves. Our providers will take a leadership role in their regional market, providing wound care services to Wound Care Plus facilities and individuals. Providers are recognized as the leader and expert within their given facilities; helping oversee wound care programs across multiple regional teams. As part of joining the team, providers will receive training regarding Wound Care Plus benchmarks and proprietary programs while learning from leading clinicians and researchers. Prior wound care experience is a plus but not required as Wound Care Plus is unique to the industry. New hires will precept with current Advanced Wound Specialists and be provided a collaborative physician. Wound Care Plus has set protocols authored from best practice standards that must be followed. Candidate will be trained on differential diagnostics and certifications may be obtained at employer's expense if employer requires.

Position Requirements:

*Strong bedside manner and demonstrated ability to work well and collaborate with patients and other clinicians and bedside nurses

*Exceptional skills with electronic and digital equipment

*Leadership abilities to manage care for multiple facilities and work well with nursing and administrative staff

*Comfort in learning and becoming conversant in new clinical disciplines

*Ability to provide education and training to communities and those that we service

*Strong desire to collaborate with all disciplines and colleagues in the industry

*Current state license and up to date credentialing

*Willingness to obtain multi-licensing if necessary
