SUMMARY: Under the Regional Director of Operations' supervision, the Clinical Supervisor oversees the Compliance and Development of Behavioral Health Therapist in the Agency. The Clinical Supervisor designs, implements and executes a quality improvement program, trains all therapists at orientation and on an as needed and ongoing basis. The Clinical Supervisor will maintain an unrestricted license to provide direct clinical services to individuals and families within their professional scope of practice as necessary to deliver prompt care to clients in need.

• LSW, LPC
• LISW, LPCC Preferred
• LPCC-S, LISW-S

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance and audit of client files.
• Review client files, case notes and client progress.
• Develop, design, implement and execute a quality improvement program, training all therapists / Case Managers at orientation and on an as needed and ongoing basis. 
• Meeting one-on-one with therapist, as needed, to discuss client services provided, provide training and support and identify opportunities for the professional growth of each team member.
• Completion of Quality Assurance Audits as assigned (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly)
• Develop Quality Improvement Training based on QA Reports.
• Completion of One Online CEU Training per month.
• Provide orientation and training at onboarding of therapist to provide standardized practices surrounding documentation and client procedures.
