SUPERVISOR – Home-Based Outpatient

UMCH Family Services is seeking a licensed child welfare professional to be part of our Treatment Foster Care and Home-Based Outpatient Program. Individual takes primary responsibility as the Supervisor of mental health services for the Treatment Foster Care Program. Visit our website at: www.umchohio.org

Position Summary

The Home-Based Outpatient Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a team of mental health providers for home-based outpatient services with a focus on youth in the child welfare system. The team consists of licensed clinicians and Qualified Mental Health Specialists (QMHS). The Supervisor will provide ongoing supervision of staff in addition to review all documentation of staff as necessary. The Home-Based Outpatient Supervisor will work collaboratively with the Treatment Foster Care team.

Continuing Education

• Paid training in Evidence Based and Trauma Informed Practices is provided

Minimum Qualifications

• Required Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Must have strong documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with families and treatment partners
• Licensure as an LISW or LPCC
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
