Title: HR Generalist

Location: Lewiston Office/ Hybrid Role

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate employee personnel records in the HRIS system.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Constantly looking for ways to improve processes, including automation and technology.
• Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance.
• Champion of employee engagement functions.
• Dedicated to delivering seamless support and coordination to various facets of HR operations.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
• 2 years of experience in a fast paced environment preferably HR.
• Experience with data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
