What You'll Do:

The Manager of Community Living Partnerships (MCLP) is a leader within the Business Development team, possessing strong understanding and knowledge of community/facility-based healthcare. This position is responsible for developing new business relationships and preferred partnership opportunities, with the goal of solidifying Androscoggin as the premier health care partner in the state, for individuals residing in assisted and long term care residential settings.

Additionally, the MCLP will seek to enhance the experience and value proposition for partnering with Androscoggin by demonstrating resource knowledge and advocacy for accessible, reliable and quality care for Maine’s aging population. This position will have a statewide presence and a strong focus within skilled care/non-skilled facilities, assisted living, and long term care communities. This role will require the effective use of sales contacts, calls, and presentations to accomplish organizational goals of census growth, service line diversification and geographical expansion.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of an associate degree in business or health related field, with recent history of leadership in long term care, assisted living, or other communal living arrangements.
• Five years of progressive experience in facility leadership; marketing and sales experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in direct sales, case management or administrative leadership role, with a proven record of achieving incremental growth.
• Home health/hospice sales experience a plus.
