Position Purpose:

The Video Content Creator is responsible for creating engaging video content for various marketing channels.

Essential Duties:

• Collaborate with the Creative Services Manager and Video Content Supervisor for the development of graphics and designs.
• Responsible for the creation of videos for social media, emails, websites, and other marketing materials.
• Perform cuts and edits on videos for various outlets.
• Monitor and report on the impact of multi-media content and strategies.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of social platforms and best practices.
• Able to collect, analyze, and present strategic recommendations.
• Able to capture photos and videos according to up-to-date best practices.
• Understanding of good design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, primarily:
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
• Able to generate grammatically correct, clear, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Able to estimate the effort required and timelines for the completion of tasks.
• Excellent organization and critical thinking skills
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Requirements:

• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Must sign the Statement of Faith
• Associate degree or equivalent education is required.
• Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of online marketing and the different social engagement platforms
• Availability to travel to conferences and even out-of-state, if needed
• Must pass all required checks

Experience:

• Experience in Graphic Design and social media digital marketing.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design.
• Must provide proof of previous work and/or portfolio of projects.
• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
