POSITION SUMMARY
Provides efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care through following an individualized plan of care created by a physical therapist, treatment, planning with the patient and physical therapist, implementation, education, and communication to maximize the patient’s progress toward achieving functional goals under the direction of a physical therapist

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree in physical therapy as evidenced by college diploma and current state licensure required

Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state employed.
