Renewal by Andersen's Inside Sales Center is growing, and we are searching for Bilingual Call Center Agents to join us in our facility in Fort Myers! New Agents complete 6 weeks of on-site training at our new facility, and once training is complete, are able to work a hybrid schedule partially remote and partially in office!

Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire Call Center Sales Agents who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace call center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors.

A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool.

This role requires training in person in our Fort Myers office for a minimum of 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments, follow communication “scripts” when handling different customer enquiries

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual in English and Spanish

One Year of customer service experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers,

preferably in a call center environment

Employees must have the ability to work an assigned eight (8) hour schedule starting as early as 6:55am and

ending as late as 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday

Excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm

Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency

Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Pay: From $15.75 per hour (64% base pay / 36% incentive)

On average, our Agents make $20/hr with base pay commission.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
