PURPOSE 

Employee will ensure that all buildings and facilities are maintained in a safe and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Duties include but are not limited to: filter changes, filter cleaning, cleaning and maintaining exhaust/intake fans, minor plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, minor fabrication, PM inspection of various systems within the facilities, assisting Maintenance Technicians, 6S activities, and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE ABILITY

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATH ABILITY

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Very basic knowledge of computer skill is needed.
