Anchor Bay Kitchen and Bath is Hiring an Office Administrator Near New Baltimore, MI

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day to day operations of our kitchen and bath showroom and ensuring smooth office operations. Strong leadership skills and strong organization skills a must. Must be able to work well with all office staff, field crew and customers.

Duties:
- Manage showroom by greeting visitors and answering calls
- Order materials and schedule delivery to respective job Site.
- Keep an accurate calendar system for job progression
- Maintain organizational systems and ensure office supplies are stocked
- Assist in training development for new employees
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Manage schedules and appointments effectively
- Communicate efficiently with internal teams and external partners

Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in kitchen and bath environment desired but not mandatory - Experience in 2020 design not necessary but will train
