Do you have experience scheduling in the home health and nursing field? Are you detailed and a quick learner? Team player?
We are seeking a Schedule Coordinator (HHA& Nursing) to become a part of our team! You will assist with scheduling and credentialing our current and new employees.
Responsibilities:
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Monitor and report changes in schedules.
- Answers phones and emails
- Schedules and confirms appointments etc., and inputs customer data into company systems.
- Verifying Availability
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields.
- Self-motivated
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
