Job Duties:

· Assist with accounts payable invoice processing.

· Provide financial and accounting support for property management entities;

· Aid in deployment of technology, systems and tools to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity including a paperless effort to reduce excessive paper handling and storage.

· QuickBooks Management: Efficiently manage the company’s QuickBooks company file.

· Accounting Support: Provide accounting services for the General Contracting division, including assisting with sub-contractor commitments, payments, and lien services.

· Cost Control: Facilitate, maintain, and enforce cost control measures.

· Billing and Receivables: Create accurate bills for development companies, track accounts receivable invoices, and follow up on payments.

· Financial Reporting and Compliance: Summarize financial status, audit transactions, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.

Qualifications:

· Accounting and Corporate Finance: Proficiency in financial management and corporate accounting.

· Computer Skills: Strong familiarity with tools such as Dropbox, Microsoft Office Word, and Microsoft Excel.

· Lien Release Experience: Knowledge and practical experience related to lien releases.

Salary: $20/hr. - $28/hr. (BOE)
