Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle
- Conduct test drives and provide information on vehicle features and specifications
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and ensure vehicles are clean and presentable
Skills:
- Previous experience in dealership or retail sales preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of automotive service and vehicle maintenance is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail to accurately maintain customer records
