Anaplan is Hiring a Stock Administrator Near Miami, FL

Your Impact

  • Day-to-day administration of all aspects of Anaplan’s equity compensation plans including processing equity grants, equity vesting, and terminations
  • Prepare and provide information to participants about vesting schedules, eligibility, and other processes
  • Perform various equity account reconciliations
  • Processing quarterly cash award payouts (including reviewing leave of absence eligibility and calculating employee mobility)
  • Expertise with global equity programs and multiple equity award types (i.e., incentive equity awards, co-investment program, and cash replacement awards)
  • Collaborates with Legal, Payroll, and HR teams to communicate materials, compliance, processes, and management reports in addition to any global equity matters
  • Process and monitor equity award activity, including grants and grant agreements, vesting of shares, award exercises, and employee terminations
  • Assist with the annual K-1 tax document distribution
  • Identify, develop, and document end-to-end equity process improvements
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of SOX controls for equity
  • Perform other duties, ad hoc projects, and reporting as requested
  • Participate in enablement sessions with the employee base

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience with global equity administration with international experience
  • Experience working in the following systems: Equity Edge Online, Shareworks, and DocuSign
  • Knowledge with various tax documents related to equity plans (W8/W9, 83B, S431, K-1s)
  • Highly proficient with Excel
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and apply good judgement
  • Effective communicator to all levels of the organization

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or in related field, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of accounting standards relating to equity compensation
  • Experience preparing and delivering employee communications and education
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to equity and taxation

FYI, this full-time position will be based in the Miami or San Francisco area and has an in-office requirement of at least two days per week.
