The Senior Power BI will support the strategic vision of business intelligence and data analytics program, by working closely with stakeholders to build data warehouse environment, integrate data from multiple source systems, overcome data obstacles, facilitate user feedback, and promote BI adoption with the goal of leveraging data analytics to improve business results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines
• Drive data-driven decision making across the organization
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data needs
• Develop and execute data strategies
• Ensure proper application of the approved security framework across the BI portfolio
• Develop and solidify an understanding of the operations of the functional groups within the company, and collaborating with individuals in those functions to maximize the utilization of reporting
• Build roadmap for both internal and external Power BI dashboards taking security, data architecture and scalability into consideration

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of data engineering, data visualization, machine learning, and big data technologies
• 5 years of recent experience in BI development, data warehousing, data visualization and data querying with emphasis on Powwer BI and the Microsoft BI
• Experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, relevant to data engineering and business intelligence
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• Should have requirement gathering and documentation experience
• Must be able to prioritize work and effectively manage time. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure, conduct business in a professional manner, resolve problems and conflicts with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience in Computer Science or similar area of study.
