AMTRACO is Hiring a Remote Bilingual (English & Spanish) Inside Sales Representative
Under the direction of the National Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative will work
cooperatively with customers, and members of their team to grow existing
customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer
satisfaction.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
● Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and
external customers
● Ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise manner
● Excellent negotiation skills
● Ability to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing
recommendations
● Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
● Ability to multi-task.
● Effective written and verbal communication skills
● Experience working with distributors, end users and manufacture's rep groups & a willingness to make numerous outbound calls in a day.● Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience And Qualifications
Education: Bachelors from an accredited college or university.
Experience: 3 year(s) preferred in Sales or Customer Service.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
