Amteck LLC is currently hiring a part time Project Coordinator assistant to join our team at our Greenville, SC. The Project Coordinator assistant mainly provides support to the project coordinator on new construction sites as well as supporting other types of projects as needed. Primary tasks for this position will be assisting with Project billing and administrative support. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting with invoices and billing for job site projects as well as service Assisting in the maintenance of appropriate records, files, databases and documentation electronically and with hard copies as needed Working independently to general administrative duties Occasionally providing a high level of customer service Assisting in any project related work that is needed Faxing, filing, scanning and other clerical duties Position requirements include but are not limited to: 2 years of working experience with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel Strong mathematical skills Proven work experience in accounting or related field preferably in construction or a related industry Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organization levels, including senior management Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Excellent communication skills and professional personal presentation Demonstrated aptitude of organizing, planning and customer service Strong attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure to meet strict deadlines If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
