Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Shift: 1st shift 8am - 5pm (can be a little flexible)
Pay Rate: $22/ hour

Duration: 6-9 month Special Project to help with work load

Job Designation

The scope of the position is filing and catch up on filing while reorganizing. Responsible for the timely processing of various work items received by upper management.

Job Core Responsibilities

• The most time-consuming work that we need to find a solution to is manual paperwork filing:
• This includes disassembly of the paperwork, scanning, updating traceability, physical filing.
• As a File Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized records for our company
• You will be responsible for sorting, filing, and retrieving documents, as well as ensuring that all records are stored securely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Ethical Conduct - High degree of integrity and professionalism, trustworthy with confidential information
• Must be a self-motivated and goal oriented individual, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
