Position Summary:

Our Healthcare Network is seeking to add three additional highly skilled and dedicated Med/Surg Registered Nurses to join our teams across the Atlanta Metro area. The ideal candidate will bring passion, expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:​

Patient Care Delivery:

• Administer timely and accurate nursing interventions for patients with various medical or trauma surgeries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective patient care.

Critical Thinking/Decision-Making:

• Demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
• Make sound clinical judgments to provide the best possible patient outcomes.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to hospital and regulatory standards.
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Communication:

• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Patient Education:

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Provide support and resources for optimal recovery and health maintenance.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Georgia.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience in any specialty area.
