The Dialysis Center Manager is a critically important role to the overall functioning of a clinic. The Dialysis Center Manager maintains operational excellence while leading a high-performing team who exhibits high morale and professionalism in the day to day operations of the dialysis center. The Dialysis Center Manager's role coordinates the care and quality of treatments for patients so they can have life, but also a quality of living. The Dialysis Center Manager will achieve this by facilitating the care of patients while working with Company employees, MD’s, and other representatives. The Dialysis Center Manager consistently demonstrates a high standard of care for patients and maintains a high level of compassion in every interaction with them. The Dialysis Center Manager will also play an integral role in educating and mentoring staff members as appropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred. Six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience preferred. Leadership experience preferred.

Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent, BSN preferred, or BS Degree in a work-related field.

License/Certification: If an RN- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state’s Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL).

• We are seeking a Dialysis-Experienced Leader to manage our Santa Rosa, CA dialysis center location. While an RN is preferred, we will consider candidates with other dialysis clinic experience

Annual bonus potential of 15% of base salary.
