We are currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage all aspects of the recruitment process, on both a national and international scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop an understanding of ideal skill set and background required for each open position and create job descriptions accordingly. Liaise with Hiring Managers to better define each role.

• Assist Global HR Director in determining appropriate compensation ranges based on applicable local markets.

• Develop and execute targeted position-specific search plans.

• Proactively source candidates and conduct employment advertising campaigns via websites, online job boards, social media, career fairs, etc.

• Review Resumes and CVs, conduct phone screens, utilize internal ATS to update candidate information, schedule and conduct interviews, and gather reference checks.

• Create, present, and negotiate employment offers.

• Review and revamp our New Hire Onboarding (NHO) processes.

• Meet with Hiring Managers regularly to provide job search updates, as well as advice and coaching (pertaining to the recruiting process).

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. degree preferred but not required.

• At least 5 years of experience in Agency and/or Corporate Recruiting.

• Tenacious and highly energetic self-starter that is organized, motivated, and results-oriented.

• Experience utilizing both traditional and next-gen recruiting methodologies.

• Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) of employment laws and fair hiring practices in accordance with designated region(s).

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite and possesses exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication, and writing skills.

• A self-described team-player seeking an engaging and collaborative work environment to grow their career with an industry leader.
