Amphenol PCD is looking for a Desktop Technician at our Beverly, MA location.

Job Summary: Provide software, hardware, and network support to internal users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installations and configurations, as well as participating in documenting processes related to the IT Department.

Essential Functions:

• Equipment and software installation
• Equipment and technical troubleshooting
• Process documentation
• Assist in maintaining and generating IT metrics and dashboards

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to assist with computer, software and technical troubleshooting
• Windows
• MS Office 365
• Active Directory
• 2 Years Experience

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of databases, servers and networks

Physical Requirements:

• Primarily sedentary
• Ability to lift occasionally up to 25 lbs.
