The Role As the Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in helping to deliver content assets that will engage Amperity target personas and will report to the Director, Content Strategy. Working with internal and external collaborators, you will plan, oversee, and execute the creation of these assets from start to finish. Supported by creative and editorial resources, you will be responsible for building content that brings to life our three brand narratives (CDP Foundations, Paid Media, Build With) with the ultimate goal of creating pipeline with Amperity prospects. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing content assets that resonate with viewers across earned, owned, and paid platforms to build awareness and drive education, consideration, and purchase across the buyer's journey funnel.
Interesting Problems - Content Development and Execution
- Support building out content including blogs, landing pages, and video resources on our website using our content management system.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO, engagement leveraging analytics and user insights to refine strategies.
- Contribute writing and editing to materials across the marketing organization: blogs, emails, landing pages, product briefs, customer & prospect-facing collateral.
- Own production of the Ampersend, our monthly newsletter and an important source of traffic.
- Contribute ideas to help to achieve the team's goals of demand generation, demand capture and brand awareness in the market.
- Maintain up-to-date content that supports current messaging and covers bases in terms of audience personas, verticals, and funnel stage.
- Manage production of assets with external partners and internal staff: guides, blogs, ads, infographics, videos, including repurposing key content.
- Maintain editorial calendar with inputs from blog, newsletter, and social to support broader marketing initiatives and goals of generating leads and building brand awareness.

- Understand how to create large assets that can then be broken into multiple pieces for distribution through many channels.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization
- Monitor and analyze content performance, providing input to regular reports and adding insights to improve content effectiveness.
- Industry Expertise, trends and innovation
- Stay up to date on latest content trends, and emerging AI tools, and incorporate these insights into new content projects to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop outside-the-box ideas and turn them into breakthrough communications to establish Amperity's authority and appeal in the market.
About You - At least 5 years of experience in creating and editing content for B2B Enterprise SaaS target audiences across all multimedia and social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and Google.
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Must be versed in, keep up to date on and have experience with modern B2B content engagement and consumption trends.
- Skilled in copywriting, content creation, and copy editing, including writing in different voices and styles, for a variety of target audiences.
Compensation Base Salary: $97,000 - $146,000 Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
Other Cash Incentives: For many of our positions, other cash incentives are also available.
