Position Summary
Public Health Corps provides valuable, hands-on experience in public health, plus career coaching and support from public health experts. We are currently recruiting for the 2024-2025 program year for a Public Health Project Coordinator - Opportunities beginning in Julu or September. A commitment to Public Health Corps is 25-40 hours per week. This is an AmeriCorps member position with Public Health Corps.
What to Expect

• Assist agency with data collection and survey administration.
• Engage community members in focus groups and public health conversations.
• Advance health and racial equity initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Gain hands-on experience in public health with placement at a local public health department.
• Share your experience with the wider community as a Public Health Corps ambassador.

• A stipend of $725(PT) or $1,275(FT) paid every 2 weeks.
• Members starting in July can earn up to $6,895 towards education.
• Federal student loan forbearance and interest repayment
• Individual health insurance — Monthly premium 100% covered if full time placement.
• Childcare assistance for full time placements — Based on family size and income.

This position is not eligiable for benefits.
