Embark on a journey to a dream position with the well known Wedding Experience Bridal Show as a qualified Wedding Show Producer. This candidate will bring the best of the regional vendors together six times a year to a bridal show that has been in existence for over 29 years, while overseeing the planning, operations, and successful execution of each show. Four year college degree is required in related field.

Responsibilities:

* Build long-term partnerships with wedding professionals and industry experts through networking opportunities

* Work with Sr. Graphics Designer to develop event promotions and marketing opportunities that deliver show information to vendors

* Responsible for all pre-production activities

* Event logistics day of show: managing vendors and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly

* Must attend all shows

* Manages CRM entries

* Ensures cost-effective solutions are implemented

* Meets and exceeds revenue goals

* Effectively fields and manages sales leads to reps

* Prepares post-event reports

Requirements:

* 3 - 5 years of experience required

* 4 year college degree in related field

* Must be highly organized

* Detail-oriented individual

* Excellent communication skills a must* Capable of working independently

* Requires an innovative, outgoing, and self-starter personality

* Ability to appropriately handle difficult or emotional vendor situations

* Proficient with computer operations

* Must be able to handle and manipulate 50 - 75lbs

* Attendance at shows on weekends of shows required

Salary: $50,000 Commission
