Ampa Events seeks a Wedding Show Producer for Wedding Experience Bridal Shows. The Producer will bring the best of the regional vendors together six times a year to a bridal show that has been in existence for over 29 years, while overseeing vendor relations, planning, operations, and successful execution of each show.

Responsibilities:
* Build long-term partnerships with wedding professionals and industry experts through social media, all forms of outreach and networking opportunities
* Director of sales. Achieve sales goals with a focus on continue growth of the company both organically and through acquisition
* Work with Sr. Graphics Designer to develop promotions and marketing
* Actively and regularly engaged in social media
* Responsible for all pre-show activities
* Event logistics day of show: managing vendors and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
* Attend all shows and continue to develop rapport with industry leaders
* Manages CRM entries
* Ensures cost-effective solutions are implemented
* Effectively fields and manages sales leads to reps
* Prepares post-event reports

Requirements:
* 3 - 5 years of experience required
* 4 year college degree in related field
* Must be a highly organized
* Detail-oriented individual manager with great leadership skills and a very effective independent worker
* Excellent communication skills a must
* Requires an innovative, outgoing, and self-starter personality
* Ability to appropriately handle difficult or emotional vendor situations while enforce show rules equally to all
* Must be able to handle and manipulate 50 - 75lbs

Salary: $50,000 Commission; Equity Partnership Option is desired

Job Type: SEASONAL: Fall and Winter (7-9 Months of dedicated work)

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Weekends as needed

Part Time w/ 7 to 9 Months per year of dedicated work from May to Aug and again Mid Sept to Dec
