Based at the Visitors Center at Garden of the Gods, you'll be working for the premier electric bike tour and rental company in the region, and be a part of our fun, energetic, and enthusiastic team. You will have the opportunity to introduce many people from all over the world to our unique electric bike tours and other unique Adventures through the Garden and other locations. You will have the chance to play a key role in our company, as you demonstrate the ability to handle a busy activity desk. You will be answering questions, selling our services, taking in-person reservations, coordinating tour guides, handling phone call inquiries and reservations, taking payments, and handling guest paperwork such as waivers, rental agreements, and admission tickets. A love of the outdoors, recreation, travel, and adventure is essential for success, and knowledge and practical experience with bicycles and familiarity with the local region is a huge plus.

This position demands a very mature, capable, experienced and level-headed individual who thrives on a fast paced work environment, and someone who genuinely loves to be customer facing all day long. You will be dealing with guests who are looking for memorable experiences during their visit to our region, and you will be their first encounter with our company. It is critical you are a fantastic communicator, are personable, friendly & outgoing, professional, but you must also be very detail oriented, and experienced with computers and online bookings systems. In-depth knowledge of the local area will be vital, as you will function as a concierge for the many questions you will get from visitors.

Required: 3 years Customer Service experience, able to work in Colorado Springs immediately, detailed resume with cover letter, and impeccable references
