Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation and management of our properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, with a focus on maintenance coordination, and tenant relations
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of any issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Proficient in using property management software systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Professional phone etiquette
