We are a comprehensive dental practice that has been growing, and growing quickly! Our office is located in the beautiful town of Del Rio, Texas. We are blessed with an exceptional patient base. We want another doctor that is hungry to provide exceptional dentistry, to work with an amazing team, and improve the oral health of our community.
Our mission is to make each patient’s dental visit the best part of their day. We offer:
- implant placement and restoration, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and more!
- state of the art technology and services, including dental implant robotics, digital impressions, CEREC restorations, same day crowns, CBCT imaging, and soft tissue lasers.
We are looking for a full-time associate and provide a guaranteed daily minimum/% of production, sign-on bonus, free dental care for immediate family, retirement plan, flexible schedule, continuing education credits, and exceptional mentorship to help you grow as a clinician and a leader.
The qualifications of this position are as follows:
1. Be a registered Texas Dentist
2. Experience in all disciplines of dentistry
3. Ability to successfully increase productivity and communicate with team and patients
4. Humility to work well with other doctors and collaborate often
5. Growth-orientated and flexible in technology, supplies, and systems
6. LOVE a laid back and relaxing atmosphere.

Pay: $165,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
