The Restaurant at the Amish Door Village is celebrating its 47th year and still growing. We are looking to add to our Front of House team with the addition of an Assistant Front of House Manager. If you have a passion for people and are growth minded, we want to talk to you!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage to help the General Manager lead the front of house staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations, , seating, and guest interactions
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and product knowledge
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow

Experience:
- Previous experience in a front of house management role
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus
- Experience in coffee shops, hotels, or hospitality industry preferred

This is a paid position that offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
