We’re looking for someone who has outstanding communication and customer service skills to work alongside our staff as the Assistant Front-Of-House Manager. You’ll be in charge of overseeing restaurant operations during your shifts, which includes confirming daily staff schedules and distributing assignments to restaurant employees. As a Shift Manager, you’ll also be responsible for greeting and serving customers, dealing with client complaints, and assuring compliance with all food and beverage safety rules. In August 2020, we expanded when we opened our Allen, TX location off of McDermott and South Central Expressway. We began in Dallas’ West End neighborhood in 2012 with the simple idea of serving breakfast all day, every day, and soon became a local favorite.
