Administrative Support Specialist - Residential Treatment Facility
Position: Administrative Support Specialist - Residential Treatment Facility
Type: Full Time
Location: Limestone, ME

AMHC's Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) in Limestone is in search of a qualified candidate for their Administrative Support Specialist Position. This person will be responsible to provide the support needed by all RTF clients and staff, as well as maintaining other administrative support services in that facility

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalency is required
  • Basic courses in business/secretarial are preferred
  • A working knowledge of general office procedures is expected

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Attend and Process all referrals made to RTF services
  • Assist RTF staff in administrative tasks including record keeping, scheduling, etc.
  • Assist to monitor RTF budget and manage purchases

Schedule:

  • This is a 32-hour per week position
