Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivables which will include invoicing customers
- Posting payments in plex system and depositing checks.
- Assisting with Accounts payables freight and parts invoices.
- Conduct credit analysis on customers and vendors
- Setting up new customers for sales group
- Setting up new vendors for Billy in purchasing
- Ordering all office supplies, copier supplies. etc.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

Skills:
- General computer skills
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
