Summary
AMG Vanadium (AMG V) is seeking a Production Coordinator to join us at our Cambridge, Ohio facility. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for the Operations team including production reporting, scheduling, inventory control, and other administrative duties as required.

Responsibilities and Duties (all other duties as assigned)

  • Lead by example and comply with all AMG V safety and environmental requirements, policies, and procedures, including AMG’s Code of Business Conduct.
  • Embrace and promote the AMG V culture in all day-to-day activities; foster and promote a positive, respectful work environment that is aligned with AMG’s
  • Assists in the development and monitoring of master production schedules for all products, utilizing inventory controls.
  • Monitors production flow and works closely with all functional areas to ensure that the production KPI’s are met.
  • Provides manufacturing operations with a plan that maximizes efficiency, resources, and
  • Records production data (consumptions, movements, adjustments), including the outputs of each area. Produces inventory and production
  • Compiles and coordinates the labor/manpower schedule to support production requirements.
  • Works with Finance and Operations to ensure timely and accurate inventory control and reporting.
  • Trains with Logistic Coordinator, to support, as needed.
  • Supports Front Desk/Reception, as needed.

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements

  • High School education required, associate degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience; heavy industry manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • ERP experience required, JDE is
  • Inventory Management/Control Experience desired.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Suite of Products, strong Excel skill is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles a plus
  • Supply Chain experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work effectively across functional lines, including internal and external
  • Adaptable to
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational, operational, and follow-through
