```Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with floor care, including buffing and waxing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
