Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Your expertise in procurement management, production planning, logistics, and contract negotiation will be essential in supporting our organization's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service criteria
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to procurement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, production planning, logistics, and materials management

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
