AmeriQual Group is Hiring a Customer Service Rep Near Mountain, GA

This position is responsible for managing existing customers’ activities while working cross-functionally with procurement, R&D, production, quality, logistics and finance to ensure activities are being completed in a timely manner to meet and/or exceed customer requirements.

  • Act as liaison with internal and external cross functional partners to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Ensure all transactions, including entering of sales orders, billing, customer payment, product release, and shipments, are executed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor finished goods inventories to ensure timely release and shipment
  • Monitor customer reporting to ensure timeliness of information sharing
  • Generate and distribute internal and/or external reports as needed – forecasts, attainment, yield loss, etc
  • Collect and analyze customer data, determine solutions, and inform customers of any changes or actions taken

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
    • 5 years experience in customer service or marketing role
    • Demonstrated self-starter committed to building long term relationships internally and externally
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle problems with tact and professionalism
    • Demonstrated experience with direct customer interaction and problem-solving responsibilities
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, constantly changing manufacturing environment
    • Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Proficient in ERP systems; SAGE experience preferred
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting

      Physical requirements

      While performing the duties of this job, the associate is subject to exposure to extreme heat and temperature change, noise and vibration, and dust and ventilation. The associate must be able to stand for extended periods of time as well as walk frequently. Bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and overhead reaching may also be required.
