1Source BPO is urgent hiring a Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative for an entry-level position in US.

Must Have:

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of balancing multiple tasks at one time.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Possesses strong communication skills.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks.
• High school diploma.
• Experience using MS-Office.

Nice to have:

• BPO sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with ZOHO.

Responsibilities:

• Build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.
• Calling, email follow-ups, and maintaining data on ZOHO.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, and information.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
