Indelicato & Coffey, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial LLC, is seeking a licensed Operations Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team. At Indelicato & Coffey we help people feel confident about their financial future by providing comprehensive financial planning and investment consulting to families, individuals, and small organizations to help achieve financial goals and simplify their financial lives.

The Operations Manager will primarily assist Financial Advisors(s) and Associate Financial Advisor(s) in the financial planning workflow, as well as be responsible for all operational processes that support business objectives. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities, as well as implement the vision of the practice.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to the practice that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
• Oversee/delegate all workflow between other staff and Advisor(s)
• Motivate, lead, and tactically manage a high-performance team; attract, recruit, and retain required members of the team not currently in place; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
• Act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with appropriate clients and business partners.
• Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
• Review work methods and procedures for possible quality improvements and efficiencies; implement them when appropriate.
• Maintain CRM system and client database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Assist in managing client relationships, providing excellent service and support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Series 7
• Series 66
• 4 years of proven experience in financial services
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS office
