Job description
Massaro Private Wealth Management is a mature financial planning practice of Ameriprise Financial, that prides itself on providing clients with a high level of service and attention to detail. Massaro Private Wealth Management has an immediate opening for a highly qualified, hard-working client service associate to fill a role working with a great team of professionals within a nationally ranked financial planning practice, located in Williamsville, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing service follow up, pre/post-advisor service meetings
- Assist in the creation of comprehensive financial plans for clients
- Create applications / investment forms through Ameriprise portal to facilitate ongoing transactions
- Track new business processing as submitted
- Assist in maintaining client data base accuracy and client contacts
- Learn how to trade client portfolios
- Learn how to facilitate money movement to and from client accounts
Key Candidate Attributes:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Quick learner with professional demeanor, dress and positive attitude
- Aptitude for strong organization, effective multitasking, and time management
- Minimum of Associates degree in Business Admin. or 5 years of relevant experience in field.
- Efficient problem solving, mathematical and reading comprehension skills
- Ambition to learn more about financial planning and investment solutions
- This role has future growth potential for an individual wanting a career advancement
Benefits Include:
